ABOUT US
After over a decade working in the white goods industry, including time at some of the top appliance manufacturers, we, at TG Repairs, decided it was time for a change and to branch out on our own, knowing we could offer a better, more personal & trustworthy service than the current 'industry standard'.
SIMPLE COSTS
Our fee is £60 plus parts. This covers a return visit if our engineer does not have the parts and needs to order them. We are always honest about the costs and will inform you about any expenses before carrying out the work. Sadly, some faults are too difficult or time consuming to be put in any cost brackets. In these rare situations, we take an individual approach and discuss all the options with you.
PHONE CONSULTATION
You can repair some faults yourself. We can walk you through the simpler repairs, like clearing the drain pump. This service costs £30. If you are unable to repair your appliance with our help over the phone, we will come out to fix it and will charge only £30 for the visit. So, in total you will not pay more than for a regular visit.
